Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all ROUGE RAE orders. Orders are processed within 3 business days. All orders are shipped from China.

Estimated Delivery Times:

After dispatch:

• United Kingdom, Europe, USA & Canada: 10–12 business days
• Asia & Rest of World: 7–10 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

🇰🇷 Korean customers: Please enter your Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호) in the order notes field at checkout to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at rougerae.studio@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
